INFRASTRUCTURE
The Production Facility at APS (I) Engineers includes 4 Vertical Machining Centres, 1 Turning Centre & 2 Horizontal Machining Centres of reputed makes like HMT, Hwacheon (Korea), Mori Seiki, Goindi Machines andPinacho (Spain). We also have 3 Horizontal,Vertical & Universal Milling Machines, 3 Radial Drills Machines, 05 Lathes, a Surface Grinder, a Power Hacksaw & Two heavy duty screw compressors.
For power back up, generator of 125 KVA has been installed.
The Machine Shop is also equipped with all necessary equipment like 2-D Measuring Machine, Height Gauges, Verniers, Surface Tables, Dial Bore Gauges, Micrometers, Ring Gauges, Plug Gauges, Thread Plug Gauges etc. so as to enable accurate measuring and process control in the final product. All instruments are calibrated from time to time from the recognized sources. We also have a CMM for inspection of critical components installed at our place.
