ABOUT US
APS (I) ENGINEERS was established in the year 1999 with a focus to manufacture quality Engineering & Automobile Components of intricate nature requiring critical geometrical accuracies.
Majority of our Customers are organized sector like Eicher Motors, International Tractors Ltd, International Cars & Motors Ltd, ISGEC Ltd, SMLISUZU, IndoFarm,Fieldking, Preet Tractors, etc. Engine Time Case, Front Cover, Transmission Housing, GearBoxes, Extension Housing, Oil Pump, Exhaust Manifold, are some of critical components manufactured by us.
Few Automobiles & Engineering Components are also being exported through vendors of foreign customers.
Apart from machining of automobile & Engineering Components, design & manufacture of Patterns / Core-boxes for foundry Industry, Die & Mould for Plastic Industry and machining of Die Blocks for forging industry is also undertaken. Necessary Cam Software which is compatible with CNC Machining Centres has been installed for this purpose.
A Dynamic Team comprising of 02 Graduate Engineers, 08 Diploma Engineers & 30 qualified workers run the unit.
Mr. D.K. Dhamija, who is a graduate Mechanical Engineer from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh is principal in the unit & provides key technical support. He has worked for 18 years with M/s HMT Ltd., Pinjore in CNC application Engineering Cell & has gained expertise in establishing machining lines for critical components on CNC machining Centres in combination with General Purpose Machines / Special Purpose Machine.
